Kinder Kids Modeling ("we", "us") operates an international modelling agency platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers both the data of the parent or guardian who holds the account and the data of the child listed on it.
The account holder must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over. Children do not hold accounts, cannot register, and cannot sign in. All data about a child is submitted by, and remains under the control of, their parent or guardian.

We do not ask for, and you should not upload, medical records, school records, home addresses, or identification documents beyond the passport and visa fields provided.
Our legal basis is the contract between us and, for the child's data, the consent you give as their parent or guardian. You may withdraw that consent at any time by deleting the profile or your account.
Anyone visiting the public site can see a child's first and last name, age, gender, country and main portrait on the showcase. Signed-in users can additionally see the casting details listed above and the rest of the portfolio.
Passport and visa information and your own contact details are never shown publicly. They are visible only to you and to our staff.
If you would prefer a child not to appear on the public showcase at all, contact us and we will restrict the profile to signed-in casting clients only.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with:
Supabase — hosting, database and image storage
Dodo Payments — subscription payments. We never see or store your full card number
Casting clients — where you have applied to their casting call, limited to the profile information needed to consider the application
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To understand how the site is used we rely on Ahrefs Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect personal data. The only information stored in your browser is functional: your language preference and, once you sign in, the token that keeps you signed in. Because none of this is used for advertising or cross-site tracking, we show a brief notice rather than an accept-or-decline consent banner.
We keep a profile for as long as the account is active. When you delete a profile, its record, portfolio images and casting applications are removed. When you close your account, we delete the associated profiles and images. We may retain a minimal record of payments where tax or accounting law requires it.
You may ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold, correct anything inaccurate, delete a profile or the whole account, or restrict how we use it. Most of this you can do yourself from the dashboard; for anything else, write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access controls that limit each account to its own records. Portfolio images uploaded to the public showcase are served from public URLs so that casting clients can view them; treat any image you upload as visible to anyone holding its link.
