Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Kinder Kids Modeling. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of every child whose profile you create. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including keeping your password to yourself.

Membership and payment

Membership is billed annually in euro through Dodo Payments, our payment processor. Current plans are Standard at €150 per year and Premium at €550 per year. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects a renewal.

• Membership renews automatically each year until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the subscription page. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed pro rata. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.

What membership does and does not buy

Membership gives you the ability to list child profiles, to have them presented to casting clients, and to apply to casting calls. It does not guarantee any casting, audition, booking, callback or income. We are not an employment agency and we do not promise work.

We never ask you to pay a casting client, and no legitimate client will ask you to pay to be considered. Tell us if one does.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photographs and text you upload. By uploading them you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute them for the purpose of representing your child to casting clients, and to show them on the public showcase.

You confirm that:

• You hold the rights to every image you upload, including the photographer's permission
• You consent, as parent or guardian, to your child being shown
• The information you provide is accurate

This licence ends when you delete the content, save for copies already supplied to a casting client in connection with an application.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Create a profile for a child who is not in your care
• Upload images of a child that are sexualised, or otherwise inappropriate
• Misrepresent a child's age or circumstances
• Scrape, copy or redistribute other families' profiles
• Attempt to bypass access controls, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without our written permission

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms, without refund where the breach is serious.

Casting applications

Applications are submitted at your discretion and are reviewed by us and by the casting client. Status decisions are made by the agency; you cannot set them yourself. You may withdraw an application at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending your membership

You can close your account at any time. On closure we delete your profiles and their images as described in the Privacy Policy.
